How They’re Doing
On the side by the house, I planted tomatoes, cucumbers, yellow beans (Carole’s favourite), sunflowers and the chives. I planted the seedlings that I had started in the winter but I thought the frost had killed them so I went to Canadian Tire to get some more. Then, to my surprise, the first seedlings had survived. So now I have a lot of tomato and cucumber plants and I don’t have the heart to pull up any of them. In the front garden, I planted radishes, carrots and beets, but something ate all the carrots and beets, so I planted more beans. In the back I just planted beans.
