The Beginning
At the beginning, last winter, I made a table just with some wood that was just taking up space in our storage area. With the Covid 19 scare, we didn’t want to go out to get new lumber just for this project. We also didn’t want to go to the store to get planters, so I used orange juice boxes that I had been saving for the deposit. The early blue violet never sprouted and the alfalfa grew so well it fell over. Not shown is bunchberry which also never sprouted, but we had tons of bunchberry that grew wild on our lot. But everything else grew well.
